Shipping Policy

Food orders are delivered through refrigerated courier services to help ensure freshness and quality.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Schedule:
Friday: October, Sheikh Zayed, Heliopolis, Nasr City

Saturday: New Cairo, Shorouk, Heliopolis, Nasr City

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may vary due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you. If your order is delayed, our customer service team will help track it and find a suitable solution.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on food items once they have been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and our team will do their best to assist you.
